Take a moment to acknowledge what “Thanksgiving” (National Day of Mourning) means for indigenous people and how we are on occupied land. In addition, we must actively support indigenous people and their struggles for self-determination, such as supporting the organizing groups and Native leadership from standing rock and the fight against Keystone XL (210,000 gallons of oil recently spilled in South Dakota) among so much more.
