Join us in community for fun games of mahjong. We will have teachers for those who are beginners, and an expert table for the seasoned players who need no guidance. This is a great opportunity to learn how to play mahjong and meet new people. This event is co-sponsored by GAPIMNY and Q-Wave.
About the Tournament: Tables of 4 will be set up for Learners (never played), Beginners and Competitive. Mahjong teachers will be provided for groups of 3 for Learners or Beginners tables. Any variation of Mahjong rules are welcome: 9 tiles, 11 tiles, Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese-style, Philippine-style, Indian styles, etc. We estimate two hours of playing for 4 rounds. Some food and cash bar available.
