Presentation: Jason Wu, a staff attorney from The Legal Aid Society’s Housing Development Unit, will provide information and resources, including on the legal rights of tenants and fundamentals of rent stabilization law.

Discussion: we will explore the impact of gentrification on communities of color, particularly Asian immigrant communities here in NYC, the role of LGBTQ folks/young professionals etc…, and how individuals and communities can organize against displacement.

Light snacks will be provided*
