Political Involvement

Since its founding, GAPIMNY has organized around a range of political issues, including immigration, racism and homophobia, transgender exclusion, and many others. We continue this tradition by hosting educational events and political actions throughout the year and partnering with organizations that raise the voices of queer and trans people of color, such as National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance (NQAPIA), Audre Lorde Project, and CAAAV.
