Are you a young (18-23 years old), Asian or Pacific Islander who identifies as LGBTQueer/Questioning? Are you interested in a FREE mentee program? Join Project Connect’s GAYME (GLBT Adult-Youth Mentor/Mentee Empowerment) program!
Apicha CHCGAYME connects Asian & Pacific Islander LGBTQ youth and adults to share our experiences, discuss different topics and build community. This group will provide a safe space for mentors and mentees to share and discuss challenges such as mental health, sex/dating/relationships, jobs/careers, and family within our community.
As a mentee, you will be supported and guided by a group of A&PI LGBTQ mentors, both in a large group setting and in one-on-one meetings. We will meet as a group from March to August 2018 every first and last Tuesday of each month from 7-9 pm (with flexibility if needed). Dinner will be provided and Metrocards provided upon request.

Our first GAYME group will meet Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 7-9 pm at Apicha CHC (400 Broadway – entrance is 70 Walker St).
