Four years ago, Details magazine published a feature, âGay or Asian?â? that sparked nationwide protests. Groups demanded, and got, an apology. But have we truly advanced in fighting against queer Asian stereotypes? Has Details actually turned bias into understanding diversity? Join us as we explore media representation, the struggle for equality, and role of activism for LGBT Asian Americans.
A wine & cheese reception will take place after the event.
